Share your information with our on ground operators, coordinators, projects, NGOs and staff to provide you the program you have applied for

How long do we store your data
We will only store your data for as long as it is necessary to fulfil the purpose of the processing of your data. Certain data will always remain with us, such as Testimonials, Parental Consent, Criminal Background Checks & any Photos shared by you. These are required by us to have in file to support your application with us.

Unsubscribing from Marketing Emails
We would also store your email address to send your future marketing emails. If you wish to unsubscribe from these emails you may do so by clicking the ‘Unsubscribe’ link which is sent in every marketing email.

Processing of Payments
Voluns does not receive any credit card related information from any of its clients.

Where we store your personal data
All information you provide to us is stored on secure servers of our hosting and CRM providers. Although we do our best to protect your personal data, we cannot guarantee the security of your data transmitted to our site, any such transmission of data is at your own risk. Unfortunately the transmission of data via internet is not completely secure and you need to understand that.
